Let us know when you hope to move in, who will be living in your apartment and if you’re applying for a particular apartment, or if you’d like to be added to our waiting list.

We’ll email or telephone you if there is a unit that works for you, and we’ll set up an appointment for you to view the apartment.

We’ll ask you to provide a copy of your photo id, proof of income and tenant insurance and your references will be checked. If you’re approved, we’ll arrange to have you sign a lease and pay the deposit.
